Many projects shown on our channels involve electricity, soldering irons, power tools, lithium batteries (LiPo and 18650 cells), motors and 3D printers. There are no accounts or sign-ups. We only have personal information (such as your name or email address) if you choose to send it to us, for example by email. We use it only to reply to you.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. The Site is also delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks and spam and speeds it up, and processes the same kind of information to do so. This is used only to run and secure the Site.
To show fonts, videos and projects, your browser connects directly to these services, which receive your IP address and basic browser information under their own privacy policies:
Other sites, such as YouTube, Amazon, GitHub, Thingiverse and social networks, are only contacted when you click a link to them.
To see how many people visit and which pages and tools are useful, the Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint your device and does not follow you across other websites. It records anonymous page-view information, such as the page visited, the referring site, the country, the type of browser and device, and how fast the page loaded, and we only see totals. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We do not sell or rent your information, we do not show ads, and we do not use advertising trackers or social media pixels on the Site. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. If we add advertising or any other tracking in the future, we will update this policy first.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

TechsPassion.com does not set cookies and does not use cookies to track you.
To load faster, the homepage keeps a copy of the latest video list and GitHub project list in your browser's local storage and refreshes it about once an hour. It contains no personal information, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
When you follow a link to another site (such as YouTube, Amazon, GitHub, Discord or social networks), that site may set its own cookies under its own policy. TechsPassion does not control those cookies.

Last updated: September 28, 2026. This policy covers the TechsPassion mobile app for Android and iPhone ("the App"), published by TechsPassion LLC.
TechsPassion does not collect personal data through the App. The App has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and TechsPassion never sells data. The only outside service the App talks to is YouTube, to load the public video feed (see Network connections).
Your saved robot addresses and custom control settings, your acceptance of the App terms and a cached list of recent videos are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes them.
The Robot tab connects only to the robot addresses and command URLs you enter, normally on your local network. The Projects tab downloads the public TechsPassion YouTube video feed and thumbnails from YouTube (Google), which may log your IP address as described in Google's privacy policy. Links you tap open in your browser or other apps, which have their own privacy policies.
The current version of the App is free and has no in-app purchases, and it does not use any payment or purchase-verification service. If optional paid features (such as TechsPassion Pro) are added later, this policy will be updated first to explain how purchases are handled.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Can I use your code?
Yes. Unless stated otherwise, our code is released under the MIT License, which lets you use, change and share it, including in your own projects. Just keep the license notice.
Can I share the pinout diagrams?
Yes, for personal and educational use, with credit to TechsPassion. Linking to the page is even better.
